Support
Write to support@onivo.ai. Tell us your company, the screen you were on and what happened; a screenshot helps. For your account, roles and permissions, your organization's Onivo administrator can usually help fastest.
Signing in
- Use the email and password your administrator set up, or your company's Google or Microsoft sign-in if your organization uses it.
- Company sign-in in the iPhone app needs iOS 17.4 or later; on an older iPhone, sign in with your password.
- Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
The iPhone app
- Face ID, Touch ID or passcode opens the app and can confirm an approval. If you turn on stay signed in, the app keeps you signed in until you sign out or your password changes.
- Notifications tell you when an invoice is waiting for your approval. Turn them on or off in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Onivo AP.
- Capture photographs an invoice, or picks one from your photos, and uploads it to your company's Onivo.
- The app follows your iPhone's light or dark appearance and its language (English or Spanish).
Your data and your account
